In today’s fast-moving corporate environment, flexibility and efficiency are key to successful communication. To support its growing need for internal meetings, business negotiations, and client discussions, Xtep Group has partnered with TAIDEN to create an advanced smart meeting space that is both adaptable and future-ready. The project features the integration of TAIDEN’s digital infrared wireless conference system with its paperless multimedia congress system—offering a seamless, intuitive experience tailored to diverse meeting formats.
To ensure secure and interference-free communication, Xtep’s meeting room is equipped with TAIDEN’s HCS-5391 Series Digital Infrared Wireless Conference Units. These units combine refined aesthetics with user-friendly controls. Each microphone base features a sleek columnar design and an OLED display showing channel and language name, while intuitive buttons allow for effortless participation. Leveraging TAIDEN’s infrared transmission technology, the system provides high-quality audio with low distortion, outstanding resistance to eavesdropping, and freedom from radio frequency interference. The rechargeable lithium batteries ensure over 14 hours of continuous use, supporting uninterrupted discussions throughout the day.
Complementing the wireless system is TAIDEN’s HCS-8679 Series Retractable Paperless Multimedia Congress Terminal, which elevates the room into a truly digital workspace. Each terminal is equipped with a 15.6-inch 2K full HD touch screen, covered with matte glass for a better reading experience. A customized logo on the back of each screen reinforces Xtep’s brand identity, while a side-mounted 1.3-inch touch panel allows users to easily adjust settings such as language and screen control. When the meeting is over, the display neatly retracts into the table surface, keeping the space clean and well-organized.
The paperless system supports a wide range of functions that cover the entire meeting lifecycle. From pre-meeting preparations to in-session collaboration and post-meeting documentation, participants can sign in, browse agendas and documents, cast votes, share desktops, and view multimedia content—all directly from their terminals. This not only increases efficiency but also reduces paper waste, aligning with Xtep’s commitment to sustainability.
In addition to hardware, TAIDEN also delivered a suite of modular software features, including microphone control, voting management, file and video services, etc. The system supports multiple communication protocols and integrates smoothly with third-party platforms such as OA systems, ensuring timely information flow and efficient meeting management.
“This project reflects our focus on delivering practical innovation,” said Shuya Zhang, Business Manager at TAIDEN. “We tailored the system to support both structured agendas and dynamic discussions, allowing Xtep to run meetings that are as agile as their business.”
By combining flexibility, simplicity, and robust performance, TAIDEN’s solution empowers Xtep Group to lead with confidence in a smart, digital-first workspace.
