When used with HCS-3316HDN and SDI series matrices, this converter processes SDI video input signals using a video DSP and re-encodes them into HDMI output, while also providing a VGA output for local monitoring.

Equalization and gain can be adjusted independently. RGB delay can be adjusted independently. VGA input signal is indicated by an LED.
