TAIDEN Empowers Xi'an Silk Road Creative Valley to Boost Cultural Innovation 

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Silk Road Creative Valley has been established in Xi'an, the birthplace of the Silk Road, aiming to boost the development of cultural and creative industries. As one of the key projects in Shaanxi Province, this project adopts international advanced technology from architectural design to construction, and is expected to become a benchmark business park in Shaanxi Province. With a total construction area of 117,200 square meters, the project consists of five cultural facility buildings, a conference center, and a two-story underground garage.

After a full understanding of the positioning and usage of the Silk Road Creative Valley, TAIDEN has customized a number of different conference system solutions for different function rooms by taking into account the aesthetics and practicality. More than 800 TAIDEN conference terminals have been fitted with the venues, perfectly integrating the architectural characteristics and modern technology in each function room.

In this project, TAIDEN has offered the digital infrared wireless conference system for the press conference hall and several small and medium-sized conference rooms. The digital infrared wireless conference system adopts dirATC-digital infrared audio transmitting and control technology, thug being free of electromagnetic radiation. The signal won’t penetrate walls and won’t interfere with neighboring conference rooms, which efficiently ensures a secure and private conference. HCS-5381R series digital infrared wireless conference units are easy to install and use as there is no need to adjust the frequency. It’s free to add or remove the conference unit according to the needs, which greatly reduces the construction costs and makes the units suitable for different scales and types of meetings.

TAIDEN Paperless Multimedia Congress System

For the research room with the demand for multimedia conference functions, TAIDEN retractable paperless multimedia congress system is the best choice. Different from tabletop conference units, HCS-8678 series paperless conference unit adopts a unique retractable design. Users can raise all the terminals simply and easily with the central control system, and view the materials through the 15.6-inch HD LCD touch screen. After the meeting, all the terminals can be quickly turned off and well organized, ensuring the tidiness of the meeting room.

TAIDEN paperless multimedia congress system is powerful and comprehensively covers the scenarios before, during, and after the meeting. The preparation for the meeting gets easier with functions such as multiple sign-in methods and convenient management of documents. And the form of collaboration becomes richer with functions including discussion, voting, simultaneous interpretation channel selection (64 channels), speech text guidance, desktop sharing, video conversation, etc.

After the meeting, TAIDEN intelligent conference minutes system supports automatic transcription to generate the meeting's minutes, keywords, and voting results. Participants and personnel can also check documents and recordings at any time. In addition, the files can be deleted quickly for safety and confidentiality.

At the same time, TAIDEN has provided the fully digital conference system for the large-scale lecture hall. Over the years, the system has performed well and stably on different occasions and has been favored by many international summits and forums. Based on TAIDEN's originated MCA-STREAM digital audio processing and transmitting technology, the system ensures perfect sound quality even in long-distance transmission. The HCS-4891R series column microphone used in the project features core functions including speech, voting, 64-channel simultaneous interpretation, etc. Better yet, the conference unit also has a 4.3'' touch screen, which can display conference information and support conference services, as well as noise-free buttons, bringing the participants a better conference experience.

In addition, TAIDEN has equipped the press room and the lecture hall with digital infrared simultaneous interpretation system to meet the need for multi-language exchanges. A total of 300 8-channel digital infrared receivers can be used flexibly between the two halls. The receiver features an ultra-wide receiving angle of 270°, so that the participants don’t have to stay still to listen to the simultaneous interpretation.
