TAIDEN Smart Conference E-Nameplate (hereinafter referred to as “this Software”) service is provided by TAIDEN Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We”).  
We understand how important your privacy is to you and fully respects it. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized service, we will use and disclose your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”). 1.1.4    You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Policy:
a) The keywords you entered when using the search service provided by this Software;
b) Relevant data that you publish, including but not limited to meeting reservation, meeting record and meeting history;
c) Violation of the law or violation of the rules of this Software and the measures this Software has taken against you.
1.2    How We Use Your Personal Data
1.2.1    This Software does not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal data to any unrelated third party, unless have obtained your permission in advance or the third party and this Software (including its affiliated companies) are providing service separately or jointly. After the service is over, it will be banned from accessing all of the material that it has previously been able to access.
1.2.2    This Software does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal data by any means. If any user of this Software engages in the above activities, once found, this Software has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
1.2.3    In order to offer you a better service, this Software may provide you with information you are interested in by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with our software partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent). 
1.2.4    When you register and log in to this Software, you can create an account through your mobile phone number. We will send a SMS verification code to verify whether your identity is valid, and you can complete the relevant identification information (such as avatar, nickname and password). This information is collected to help you complete the registration.
1.2.5    When you use this Software, we may ask you to authorize the camera, microphone, read external storage, address book, Bluetooth, NFC reader and other sensitive permissions to realize the collection and use of information involved in these functions. If you voluntarily provide your personal information, you agree that we will process your personal information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this policy.
2.    Disclose of Personal Data
Under the following circumstances, this Software will disclose your personal data in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal regulations:
2.1    Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
2.2    Personal data have to be shared with third parties in order to provide the products and services you request;

3.1 The information collected by this Software about you will be stored on the servers of this Software and/or its affiliated companies.  
3.2 We take the security of personal data very seriously and will retain your personal data for the period necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law. Because of different scenarios and different products and services, the storage period of data may differ.
4.    Use of Cookies
4.1    This Software will set or retrieve cookies on your computer or mobile devices for you to log in or use its services or functions that rely on cookies before you refuse to accept cookies. With cookies, this software is to provide you with more personalized services, including promotional services.
4.2    You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the network services or functions of this Software that rely on cookies.

If you find that your personal data is leaked, especially if the user name and password of this Software are leaked, please contact the customer service of this Software immediately so that we can take corresponding measures.

8.1    We may update or modify this Policy from time to time according to changes of our services or data processing. If we update this Policy, we may publish the updated content in this Policy, on our Website or anywhere we deem appropriate so as to inform you about how we collect, use, disclose or allow others to access your personal data.
