TAIDEN Smart Conference E-Nameplate (hereinafter referred to as “this Software”) service is provided by TAIDEN Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We”).

1.2.1    This Software does not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal data to any unrelated third party, unless have obtained your permission in advance or the third party and this Software (including its affiliated companies) are providing service separately or jointly. After the service is over, it will be banned from accessing all of the material that it has previously been able to access.
1.2.2    This Software does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal data by any means. If any user of this Software engages in the above activities, once found, this Software has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
1.2.3    In order to offer you a better service, this Software may provide you with information you are interested in by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with our software partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent). 
1.2.4    When you register and log in to this Software, you can create an account through your mobile phone number. We will send a SMS verification code to verify whether your identity is valid, and you can complete the relevant identification information (such as avatar, nickname and password). This information is collected to help you complete the registration.
1.2.5    When you use this Software, we may ask you to authorize the camera, microphone, read external storage, address book, Bluetooth, NFC reader and other sensitive permissions to realize the collection and use of information involved in these functions. If you voluntarily provide your personal information, you agree that we will process your personal information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this policy.

Because of different scenarios and different products and services, the storage period of data may differ.

4.1    This Software will set or retrieve cookies on your computer or mobile devices for you to log in or use its services or functions that rely on cookies before you refuse to accept cookies.
