From November 17th to 28th, the ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25) was grandly held at the Baku Congress Center in Azerbaijan. The conference was of an unprecedented scale, bringing together representatives from 194 countries and over 1,000 companies and organizations. With more than 1,500 participants, including multiple heads of state and ministers, they jointly mapped out the blueprint for global digital development.
