On October 13–14, the Global Women’s Summit was held in Beijing. Leaders, heads of government, and representatives of international organizations from over 110 countries gathered to reaffirm commitments, build consensus, and strategize for the future. The Beijing Summit holds exceptional significance, serving as another critical milestone in the international community’s efforts to advance women’s rights, following last month’s 30th-anniversary commemoration of the Beijing World Conference on Women at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
