After fully understanding the requirements and conducting on-site inspections, TAIDEN presented the solution of digital infrared wireless conference system with high security and flexibility, as well as a stable and powerful fully digital wired congress system.

In the auditorium & conference room without reserved installation holes for equipment, TAIDEN Digital Infrared Wireless Conference System is the perfect solution. The system integrates digitization, wireless transmission, and infrared transmission by adopting dirATC-digital infrared audio transmitting and control technology. With anti-eavesdropping and anti-interference features, the radiation-free system will not interfere with other systems in adjacent conference rooms, which ensures the security and privacy of the meeting.

The conference unit is easy to install since there is no need to adjust the frequency before use. It’s free to add or remove the conference unit according to the needs, which greatly reduces the construction costs and ensures aesthetics and flexibility. TAIDEN infrared transceiver has a wide coverage and a receiving angle of up to 120°. Even in the auditorium & conference room with a large area and a high altitude, the system can also operate smoothly.

The HCS-5391 series digital infrared wireless conference unit, which excels in both design and user experience, has been used in the project. The unit features a high-end all-metal column microphone with an adjustable pitch angle; the keyboard area and control panel are well arranged on the book-like base. The delicate 64×48 OLED screen can present the conference information. The 5 voting keys contribute to efficient decision-making. The 80 Hz to 20 kHz perfect sound quality with low distortion greatly improves the conference experience for all the users.

For the conference room with device tables and reserved mounting holes, TAIDEN has customized a fully digital wired congress system. Based on TAIDEN's originated MCA-STREAM digital audio processing and transmitting technology, the system combines digital audio technology and network technology, and it introduces the conference management platform (CMP), simultaneous interpreting hub, and cross-platform operating system to simplify conference management and control. Meanwhile, the number of output channels of the audio matrix is greatly increased to (N+8) x26. So the system can also be applied in hybrid conferences and meets the needs of users who prefer one system to cover multiple conference modes.

The HCS-48U6 series flush-mounting fully digital conference unit used in the project adopts a modular design. According to the building characteristics and conference requirements, users can customize their desired function modules including speech, voting, speakers simultaneous interpretation channel selection, etc. The unit ensures that the conference room is neat and beautiful by fitting perfectly with the existing desktop and provides an eco-friendly solution by maximizing conference table efficiency.
