TAIDEN Fulfills the Project of the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center

Three years fter the project of the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center in 2020, TAIDEN has once again participated in the construction of its International Conference Hall, one of China's leading conference venues. Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center has always focused on providing a superior conference experience, which is perfectly guaranteed by TAIDEN’s New Premium Digital Congress System. The system can deliver clear, natural sounds and allows each participant to hear clearly, so they can focus on the content of the meeting.

The system is based on TAIDEN’s proprietary MCA-STREAM digital audio processing and transmitting technology. It features an audio sampling frequency of 48 kHz and a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz for all 64 channels. The congress unit has a built-in high-performance CPU that promises faster processing speed and better sound quality. Fully digital audio transmission is adopted between the conference unit and the main unit, as well as between conference units. The system also adopts the "Closed loop-daisy chain" connection typology and multi-form backup methods to make the system more stable and ensure the smooth running of the conference.

To provide participants with an intuitive operation experience, two series of conference units with a touch panel are adopted. The HCS-4890/4891 series of Fully Digital Conference Units are equipped with a stylish 4.3'' touch panel, which can display a variety of conference information and enable more functions such as calling service. Users can press buttons for language switching and volume adjustment. They can also do the same and select the interpretation channel quickly on the touch panel. The flexible operation makes international conferences more convenient and efficient.

TAIDEN Simultaneous Interpretation System supports up to 40 channels of language distribution, adding to the international service of Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center. There are fixed interpretation booths at the Center, each equipped with two TAIDEN’s fully digital interpreter units, which can be connected to its digital infrared simultaneous interpretation system.

TAIDEN Digital Infrared Radiators are installed in various venues for transmitting interpretation signals, and a large number of Digital Infrared Receivers are available for use by participants. The Digital Infrared Receivers have a special small screen that allows users to check the language quickly. All in all, TAIDEN’s simultaneous interpretation systems deliver clear audio to attendees and guarantee seamless multilingual communication.

To satisfy the needs of media interviews and TV broadcasts during meetings, professional audio distributors are required to ensure that the recorded sound is clear and perfect. Thus, TAIDEN provided the conference center with a Broadcast Quality Audio Distributor. It can be seamlessly integrated with the conference system and provide separate audio of interpretation channels and the floor channel to journalists for recording and broadcasting.
