There're two ways to sign-in in sign-in management module: One, pressing the "ATTEND" key on the conference unit to sign in, and the system records the result automatically. In voting system module, only the choice from the units signed in is valid; the other is by IC-cards, system supports the IC-card identity and access authentication facility. For the conference unit equipped with IC-card facilities, the system can work normally only with valid IC-card inserted.

To ensure the security of conference and avoid illegal IC-card, system has set the password for IC-card, only by the legal password can the IC-card be written or read. After the IC-card with incorrect password has been written or read for 3 times, it's destroyed permanently automatically

The content of IC-card includes conference number, delegate number, delegate status and access, etc. One IC-card can be used to join in one meeting only. The delegate number is the IC-card owner's number, which is used to confirm the name, seat, delegation and other information about the owner. The status can be chairman, delegate. The delegate access means discass, vote the card owner with/without access to discussion and voting Operator can configure the IC-card for the delegates before meeting through IC-card sign-in management software module
