send alarm signals to conference units

Built-in unit detection facilities, detect the unit's microphone and voting keys before the meeting

In PC-control mode, according to the application software modules purchased, multiple conference management facilities is available

If the PC is broken down, CMU enters the stand-alone state automatically, carring out basic conference control, ensuring the consistency of
