Julius Nyerere International Convention Center locates in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The construction began in March 2010 and was completed in September 2012. Large, medium, and small conference halls, multi-function hall, conference rooms and press rooms are all included in the Convention Center. All the conference rooms within the Convention Center are equipped with TAIDEN Fully Digital Congress Systems and Digital Infra-red Language Distribution Systems.

For the large conference hall, 430 front orchestra seats are equipped with flush mounted HCS-4365 Fully Digital Congress Units with features of speech, voting and 64 channels simultaneous interpretation. For the 600 rare orchestra seats, HCS-4842N Fully Digital Channel Selectors for 64 channels simultaneous interpretation are flush mounted in the armrests. The 230 balcony seats are equipped with HCS-5100RA Digital Infra-red Receivers for simultaneous interpretation, while 4 HCS-4394G Long-distance conference sign-in systems with dedicated software kit, TMX matrix, and video tracking systems are all included to build a comprehensive conference system.
On March 25^th，2013, Chinese state leader made an important speech at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Center in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. TAIDEN Fully Digital Congress Systems and Digital Infra-red Language Distribution Systems supported the whole conference. High compliments were given to the excellent effects from the relaying companies.
