regard to the legal proceeding of the case of TAIDEN v. Bosch,
the High Court of Frankfurt judge gave the final decision
on Feb 16, 2006, that is, Robert Bosch GmbH withdraw the interim
injunction served at the regional court of Frankfurt am Main.
Thus, the interim injunction served by Bosch against Taiden
has been lifted, and Taiden won the case of Taiden v. Bosch.
In March 2006, TAIDEN's E series conference unit returned
to the stage of Prolight + Sound Frankfurt 2006 after Taiden
got the decision from the High Court of Frankfurt. (For more

As
