regard to the legal proceeding of the case of TAIDEN v. Bosch,
TAIDEN¡¯s plea has been filed at the court of Frankfurt and
the judge decides to open the hearing on September 7, 2005.
TAIDEN¡¯s leaders and lawyer team will present at the court
of Frankfurt at that time. Our lawyer and we have confident
to win this case. Just as our lawyer said: ¡°we are confident
to get the injunction lifted.¡±
As
a growing company, TAIDEN thinks the competitors¡¯ dispute
is inevitable. However, we will not change our goal of going
international and we are not afraid of protecting our legal
right as a responsible company.
We
